    To settle your nerves I reckon we could close at 7 cents or above by close today. The tick tock of the announcement clock is getting louder and louder. SM said "soon" and I reckon for once he may be downright spot on this time. When the SP blows she blows and its too late to benefit from the surge...IVZ about to blow IMHO! The pieces are in place and the strategy is laid out...now for the action.
