Now, if you did bothered to check up on FAR, you would know the Senegal oil infrastructure expenditures (Gov share) was FINANCED by Woodside. Yes, that is what the Gov in poorer countries demand and expect: Woodside and FAR did all the risky work and Woodside FINANCE the Gov's share of the infrastructure build. Hey, even if you didn't know anything, you ONLY need to review the last video of the Zimbabwean PM who stated " we are going to get the Japanese to build this and the Chinese to build that.... ." That should alert you to what the Zimbabwean Gov strategies are!!! you take 100% of the risks in finding and extracting it, but they get to share in it, simply because its their resources!!!

I haven’t seen anyone suggest that the government is going to finance this. Except you. Because why would they when they have a 10% back in right and soon to be production rights.
