There was a lack of information in the announcement itself. However, all the comments that have been shared and discussed here this year about the interest of other parties, the success of the capital raise and the ability to go it alone if they choose should have made the announcement unsurprising. Apart from formally dissolving the non-binding agreement, all of the comments that Scott made (reported above) have been made before. The company webcasts are lengthy but definitely provide great value to shareholders.
