I have to echo the sentiments here, I’ve never heard Scott paint a clearer picture, the location, the market, the cost, the infrastructure, comparison targets, what we have, it’s all covered and covered off extremely well!

Another key point is Scott covering off the need for power in the region, it’s dire, and this target can be monetised quickly and easily. The infrastructure surrounding is already in place with a pipeline and roads nearby.

The chance of success being above 30% at about 35% is remarkable due to the stacked nature of the target. Hoping for two wells to be drilled as part of the farm out.

All the right ingredients at play here.

Lastly Scott’s experience in the field is undeniable, you can tell we aren’t going to get “bent over a barrel” here for a farm out.
