OTP has it correct, they are free carried.
They have a 10% option.
They will have 6 months to take up the 10% option after FID. At that point they start paying.
Its worth bearing in mind we are in a JV with geo Ass who will have to contribute to that 10%...ie we lose 8% they lose 2% WI.

One thing that hasn't been discussed here much is that IF MK2 is to be a production well, even if its only a pilot project, they will have to declare it commercial to be able to shift from the exploration to production licence.
Usually the production area is ring fenced. It will be interesting to see what happens here.
