Also to give context, the revenue part was plucked out of thin air. We might have $4B or $8B in revenue in 10 years time. None of us know how much gas is there or if liquids are present as well, so the number was a what if. I suspect total gas in the entire basin will be a lot more than 7Tcft...
Also from my interpretation the 1% royalty only applies if IVZ are successful. If the lease were to transfer to another entity for whatever reason, then the 1% disappears (as in govt decide to give lease to someone else).
