    I listened to the whole thing.
    First it's clear Scott is across everything. He does not miss a beat.
    Second for me is the location and infrastructure.
    Third is the depth of the PSA work..... Including easement type provisions for pipe lines.... the detail here is extrodinary.
    Nothing is being left to chance and IMHO getting this stuff in place before drilling is super.... super smart.
