Sell now and that is more than fair.
Develop the resource size further, ... fairway, margins, east and then put it up for sale and the price will be triple that.
Scott said his desire was to "develop the resource as much as he can over the next few years and extract the maximum return for shareholders".
Not sure if his desire has changed with the torturously slow progress over the last 12 months but I'd love if he stuck to his intent and didn't sell this early and cheap
