    SM has 75,000,000 reasons not to sell until he believes somewhere approaching full value and I don't think that happens for a few years yet.
    IF shelf edge and East have HC's in them, clearly they believe there is, only a dunce would sell before a well in each of those.
    I do believe he will sell at some point especially given his 1% royalty.
