It isn't exactly sad the they were not supported in the rights issue why would anyone in their right mind buy shares (with small incentive options) at 13 cents when the writing was on the wall for the SP to plummet...they were walking into a 50% loss situation... no thanks but thanks SM! Put the domino in its right position. The shabby way the CR's were handled left the company without a substantial cash reserve...blame lays a lot in side tracking expenses and delays admittedly so we move on.

The company hasn't changed tact it has changed tack...hopefully the winds are favorable. The moves being made are smart moves given the circumstances so al power to SM and BOD for having the smarts to duck and weave through this period...we ca cop this was necessary and is viable given the outcomes and position we are now in. Survival was the issue now that has been allayed for some time and the future moves are being pursued and look to be the best route for IVZ given the circumstances.
All very well when o a huge salary and with 72 million shares to call others that depend on reliable reporting ad adept management "bed wetters" as I find this term if SM actually did use it to be quite derogatory. Some of these bedwetters have been long term investors and supporters of IVZ throughout its massively circuitous route to where we are today (balancing on the edge of shitter's ditch. SM can be snarly and derogatory but he lacks the ability to put himself in others shoes whilst he earns a stack of money to weave a twisted path through the minefield (yes we recognize this) called taping into a frontier gas (and oil? ) basin of enormous size.
So can we expect a different modus operandi moving forward? We can if the as yet unnamed and as yet not appointed JV takes a decent portion of control over the way money is spent and events are unfolded.
A tad superior getting around answering pertinent questions by saying "we always deliver"...deliver what? I am now going to change my sheets and wash and dry the old ones I have been sleeping in for the last two or three years! They are rather on the nose like so much else around here. SM for President!
