Coming back to the hiring of a CFO, we need to bear in mind that they would have given her a very detailed run down of the future of this company and all the things going on atm. I find it hard to believe that someone with this many years of experience in multiple large and small companies in this sector would have taken this role if she didn't think some major catalysts are about to happen as well.
