Agree, blaming retail has become childish.

The failed RI was open to everyone, and only 10% was filled, not 10% of holders participated, 10% was filled, as no doubt some of that was oversubscribed.

Directors didn’t participate.

M2 went over budget and drained the kitty, hence the emergency raises, that’s not on retail.

The share price plunged on discover because the coffers were empty, and for “whatever reasons” raising was preempted, that’s not on retail.

I do like what the Company has achieved off their own back, I do like to sit and watch and listen to SM sell the story, but accountability for over spending and poor accounting practices does not rest with retail.
