    Also makes no sense to me to not have raise at 8c after the failed rights issue. Wait around and burn 16 million doing nothing till the next cash injection vs flow testing already in June doesn't make sense to me even if it did hurt a but at 8c dilution they've just burned through millions of shareholder money doing nothing.
