the same BOD has kept the company in ….. needing to CR, failing CR or in the process of CR since Dec 2023. that is an astute BOD?

i would say that the Zim Pen Fund play was astute, but with good risk frameworks they would have done that in DEC CR.
Anyway just some thoughts.
