tbh I don't see these players as a saviour. the resource so far has proven nowhere near large enough to power other nations let alone ZImbabwe itself so they won't enter with large sums until they have confirmation from the zim government that power is allowed to be exported. Does a ppsa cover this I have no idea and probably not ？
Sasol have operations in Mozambique who have vast proven gas resource so why don't they juts build a Powerplant there ？
