    I, like everyone else here, reads how dire the electricity situation is in Zim and wonder why its taking years for them to sign, what is ostensibly, a cut and paste document........
    The positive is once signed they will be hell bent on getting the pilot up and running to prove it can be a staged, almost well by well, advance to production.

    Now I could be barking completely up the wrong tree BUT if MK2 is designated for production IMO IVZ would need to apply for a production permit.
    Could this also be holding things up?
    I know that there are certain rules once you announce that a field is commercial that you have to get on to a development plan.
    Could it be that they don't want to flow test until that is sorted?
    Its one thing to flow test a well, you can have commercial flow rates without declaring it commercial, but once you let gas to surface to run generators then its producing.
    I have wondered this for quite a while and it does feed in to the company narrative.
