Looking at previous MOU announcements, generation license from ZERA & a GSPA were noted as a conditions in 2019 Tatanga MOU. In the updated announcement in 2022 it doesn’t note this or GSPA, but likely still required as seems to be a common theme. The other MOU announcement with Eureka notes GSPA again but not ZERA generation license. Who actually authorises the mentioned GSPA’s, ZERA if the regulate petroleum sales in Zim or is it deal between companies? Do ZERA have existing frameworks in place for gas sales or being a frontier basin/first for Zim, and as you say, would this be another item being sorted behind the scenes before proceeding with JV, flow test or PPSA ? Food for thought I guess, can’t find much info on it.
