    Yes PEDPA covers production but I believe they have to separate exploration area's from production are.
    @SneakyJonny could be right.
    My understanding is that they still have to apply for a production licence.....but they may call this well a long term flow test without declaring the field commercial.

    Its easy to forget with nothing happening that Wood Mac have us at 1.3 TCF.
