SA need to secure two things:
1. neighbouring country supply of gas purchased at the international gas price - not that exciting because there isn't a financial benefit, but the reliant industries require surety of supply -- this is where IVZ will help
2. develop the local gas supply market - there is gas under the ground in SA, but the industry needs to invest, explore and get it to the surface
