As usual, my intention is to point out sovereign risks associated with the Zimbabwe ruling elite and not to be negative for nefarious reasons.

For those interested in these risks two investigative reports have been released in the past few months;

The latter report is of most interest to us because there is a section on the oligarchic cartel capture of the downstream oil industry. The risk is that this cartel feel they are entitled to own the emerging downstream oil industry as well and interfere somehow in the IVZ project.
