I am just thinking, if I was SM and didn't have a PPSA signed after MK 1 & 2 :
1. Should I be overhyping a discovery and inviting more interest from Zim government to take over for nothing or have stringent PPSA terms, thinking it's easy path from here onwards
2. Should I let Zim government know my future plans and results of surveys/analysis in detail
3. Should I continue with work program such as well testing, 3D seismic etc or just be prudent and wait for the PPSA, because if well testing shows good results the PPSA may never get signed

I would personally keep it very low key till the PPSA is finalised and a JV partner is in and only share bare minimum information required by ASX.

It's hard for first world people to understand risks and issues of working with a third world government. I personally think SM has done very well except for the timing of last few capital raises and pricing of the options.
