I'll be giving them until mid next week and then it will be a No from me regarding their "performance" options. I understand they still have to pay for them however I didn't invest in this speculative play for some mediocre return (if its as good as the BOD keeps saying then show us by paying a larger premium). For them to be saying 10.5 cents is reasonable makes me think that we are all going to be extremely underwhelmed by the potential JV offer. Mukuyu alone with 1.3tcf as is on market (once proven) should worth about 3 billion. We should be getting that and the buyer would still get significant upside from the sheer size of Mukuyu. The downside for us at present is that no Supermajor wants to touch oil and gas as they are being pressed regarding the renewables agenda so are selling off and backing out of alot of oil and gas plays. This means the only hope we have is a long slow hard slug with a small time player joint venture that will still take years and years to build out and get an appreciable return on our investment, or China buying us out for what its worth (which I also dont see happening as we have been doing zero negotiations with the East). No one will be interested in IVZ from an Australian perspective as Australians dont know how to price in African risk (unlike Europeans) so aren't going to want to buy into Invictus on the ASX as its just been such a poor performer. This alongside a macro landscape of higher for longer interest rates (US bond market is signalling a backpedalling of the 50 basis point cut the FED recently did due to far stronger labour numbers) sees a micro cap like IVZ really struggle. Our only saving grace is that we get enough money without having to sell off major ownership to run a works program of around 18 months (with no screw ups) that just focuses on drilling and that we hit great amounts of oil and gas. And can actually sure up some decent reserves then sell it all off. Otherwise guys it looks to be a slow to stagnant ride over the coming years before we get any appreciable return (if any as a result of further dilution) So either everyone who cant handle the above, sell up now as I guarantee its going to be a long boring road ahead or just stop the negative chat and try to focus on something else as this stock will need to be placed on a very long term horizon. Remember that Joe.M. himself said he thinks this will take 10-15 years before Zim is a completely different place regarding its economy and he has his finger in many a Zim pie! Please correct me if i'm wrong or have missed anything!

I don't understand what you mean. For my understanding we don't need a lean. Sign ppsa, JV on board with cost coverage for 18 months, then further flooding test, then further drilling in the east and at the same time production in MK2 if everything goes well. Why do we need a big player? What's the big wave that's going on in Europe and North America? They want and need gas and oil for themselves and the surrounding countries. The buyers would be there.
