not excusing this behaviour, but there’s a difference between petty corruption and the actions of someone like Idi Amin

relax champ, I'm all for IVZ and having lived in Zim I've seen what corruption does first hand and how it can ruin a country I think your example of giving a copper a couple of cents is rather off the mark when you're comparing it to a government that has bled a country dry for decades
