I dunno. I see nothing in the article that says the Zimbabwean entity ZESA has ever talked with Invictus. Seems more like yet another example of people reading incomplete media stories and getting ahead of their skis. Note the inaccurate line that Invictus hopes to make an “oil” find.
Not the first time govt entities have gotten ahead of themselves in Zimbabwe and started making plans without checking with the actual people involved.
