the broad sanctions on zimbabwe have been lifted. So the export of gold and diamonds will be allowed and hence why the sanctions are on individuals themselves and the restrictions of them alone in the property and cash and to not punish the country anymore. They have changed the sanctions completely and want the individual to change.
