They don't have enough money to a run a seismic aquisition program.
Pretty sure they don't have enough to reenter the well and deepen it prior to a flow test. Happy to be convinced otherwise?
Imo they need to raise yet more money, or get the ppsa signed and onboard a well heeled Jv partner. Then crack on.
Not dissing the asset here, they simply overspent on the last well, needlessly but been over that.
