I think what that article perfectly illustrates is how a development such as this project can feed into and on itself by causing more development and increasing the demand and need for further gas and energy supplies. If handled correctly this really will be the making of Zimbabwe as an energy province of the region and the flow through effects for the country will be massive.

That article demonstrates that they have learned what is needed for future development and sustainability. The insiders of Zimbabwe will be very keen to make this project happen because there’s plenty of opportunities to make money without crucifying your international reputation. I see this project gaining momentum while HC melts down over what I perceive as the wood for the trees.
