That is straight out code for SM keeping a lid on the gov talking shite.
The Gov announced a discovery back in 2018, turned out to be prophetic, but showed how little a grasp they have on O&G exploration.
I suspect its a big reason why SM is so conservative. If the Gov were let off the leash they would make Roach's predictions look like a pathetic attempt at down ramping......
