which is poor form in my view.
some might say tip of the iceberg.
i have said it before … u could put a case forward that this BOD and management team might not be the best functioning.
the idea that it’s not a standing agenda item under communications at min quarterly at BOD level is disappointing.
easy to outsource this to comms expert to update.
