For those that have exercised their options, I've noticed some got letters with BPAY details whilst others (mine included) only gave a BSB and account number where you need to put your name as the reference. If you received the latter, did you stil mail/email your letter off after payment or was the payment enough on its own for them to exercise them for you? Cheers
