Yep. They will be sitting under the seperate issuer sponsored number though if you haven’t already transferred them over to your CHESS holdings broker eg. CommSec. Therefore, to see them in Link you’ll need to log in via the issuer number that’s on your original options statement, ie. they won’t be reflected with your other CHESS holdings currently.
