Davy and onthepunt;
You have identified the HV electrical lines correctly. They are the Bindura - Songa (Caborra Bassa) interconnector.
Bindura is the nearest HV hub to Murzarabani, being about 80km away.
I guess this is where the proposed gas power plant would be situated.
The MV electrical grid extends to the Centenary area and I understand the Murzarabani Growth Point in connected (although I have not been there for a long while). This this is the outer edge of the electrical grid and the power is unreliable.
News snippets indicate Murzarabani Growth Point was without power for several months recently.
