Some are banking on the seismic bringing in new deals, whether it’s true we’ll have to wait and see, but personally each day the seismic isn’t dropped is a day closer to Cluff and all this “non binding so others can put better offers in” is looking less likely. Like I don’t know how long it takes to hash out the contracts and how the negotiations go but I’m sure it’s not that straight forward and requires some time.
