I'm not surprised in the slightest. While people are cashing out of other things, they may well be looking for something to throw some cash into.
This is one of the best risk v reward plays that I've found on the ASX at the moment, so I'm hopeful that a few more eyes find it and get the opportunity.
All IMO of course, and my investments to date have allowed me to give up any possible dreams of retirement from the office (hoping to change that this time around)
