Yeah 100% agree. The thing that does bother me is the null and void statement. If South Pole and affiliates signed contracts one would imagine, unless breached, that they would be very difficult to undo. I fully get that the gov should be dealing with carbon projects but it seems to me they are very late to the game. If Butch is anywhere near right, and looking at the revenue South Pole have generated, we won’t be at 11c for long even without drilling Mk2.
