"Have long lead items been ordered yet?"
Most long lead items will have been ordered by now. Stuff like casing can be ordered without knowing which service company will be running same. I suspect other items such as wellheads etc would have either already been in hand for Baobab-1 or would have been ordered knowing that Baker were going to retain those service contracts.
