Total, the French oil major, is also a possibility.
They're building an LNG plant next door in Mozambique and additional supply could help the economics of the project. Adding another LNG train would be a lot more cost-effective than a greenfield site in, say, Namibia.
Also, one of the French bank's nominees is in the latest IVZ top 20 shareholder list.
