IF the CEA deal goes ahed they pay for 33% uncapped out of 27 million US....~ 9 million.
They would then have to pay ~ 4.5 million US to IVZ for back costs total 13.5 million USD about half.
We had about 9 million Au in the bank and any spend of that will apportion 33% to CEA...ie we spend 3 then 1 million comes back to IVZ, up until they enter the JV, after that they pay their share as we go.
So from the above I think the max we would need to raise would be ~ 15 million.
I am expecting something to come out of the meetings held last week.
What who knows but I can't see any reason for those meetings to happen in Saudi with Albwardy, the president and IVZ management when they were all meeting this week anyway.
I'll be very surprised if there is no news by end of this week. CEA only have until next Thursday to state their intentions. IF IVZ are working on something else it will have to come before that IMO.
