And you can times that by 10 in Africa. Never mind how clean and concise and well presented Scots presentations are the real story on the ground in Africa is the polar opposite and you can be pretty much guaranteed it’s a friggin mess in comparison - getting things done would be extremely difficult. Not by months, years even notwithstanding the urgent need for power. Sometimes it’s a good idea to take off the rose tinted glasses
