Generally rig up and mobilization are happening at the same time. Rig components arrive and are assembled as other components are leaving the old site. With a short rig move, plenty of trucks and a gun crew a rig of this type can be moved and ready to drill in 3-4 days.

Note that once they've got the rig assembled it has to be accepted by the operator and the new mud tank system has to be commissioned and tested before that happens.
