Only a certified insane person would believe that a bank, any bank, would supply cash to a company, from another country, with cash, to drill exploration wells.
It would neve ever happen. Its got nothing to do with being negative its just reality.
I have zero doubt that when the time comes the African banks will be throwing money at IVZ or whom ever gets it to FID.

I agree there are lots of ways to fund BUT from a bank for exploration wells will never ever happen. Revenue is the only thing that matters to banks.

IF this is a massive discovery it will require the muscle and know how, that big oil have at their disposal, to prove it up and get it to development stage.
