Look at any other forum… there are plenty who are confident Mukuyu-2 will be just another “duster” or “tool failures and cap raises”. Of course, looking at the IVZ HC threads, you will find most people believe in the project. What a surprise. Look at any stock with decent prospects, the majority of comments will be holders rooting for the company. Does this mean that the company is incapable of organically appreciating in value through de-risking, because it is “priced in” by retail? Sounds strange to me. All market participants do not have the same risk tolerance.

One HC page is not all of retail and certainly not the “market”. The market does not move in step with the HC consensus, believe it or not.

Let’s say a discovery is completely priced in. If retail is that ahead of themselves, with so much buying power.. why can’t production start getting completely priced in after discovery?

This is all without even mentioning that we currently have little knowledge on net pay/reservoir quality and size.
