As promised, please find attached an example valuation for the Helium contained within the Mukuyu gas. As the Helium content (0.2% guestimate) is a small percentage, the value of the Helium does not materialize unless it is assumed the field is on production. Therefore, I created a hypothetical case based on 5% of the field producing gas and Helium.
