To be honest on other occasions they have simply not updated the movement till mid morning - so could simply be someone not pressing the refresh button!
Massive interest on the OTC at the moment (!!) - after three hours only 43k shares traded - about $10k AUD!
Watch that change very quickly if things heat up here.
On most trading halts the OTC hasn’t been paused so this may be the biggie.
