    For me it seems clear that big pocket investors realized that the news/situation isn't good enough to impede another CR via new stocks, thus they sell and will push the SP as low as possible in this short term news vacuum to get as many stocks as possible per buck with next CR. Just my 2¢ but I would do so if I had their money and mindset....
