Think the forward plan will be: cap raise - order long leads for flow testing - flow test - set up of pilot plant
Once the pilot plant is getting set up I wouldn't be surprised to see bank financing come in as we'll have a short term plan for monetisation. Doubt banks will lend us 10s of millions of dollars without a short term plan to pay it back.
