Im still a bit fuzzy on how this is working and from the outside appears to be pretty disjointed.
For example.
The company have said they may receive more offers.....then why were CEA told 30 April is their cut off date?
Surely IVZ should have said all bids need to be in by April 30. From the outside it seems a little unfair to CEA.
Just for clarity I hope its not CEA to be honest. I would rather a mid tier oiler who has the expertise with a drill rig laying about.
