Technically the 6" hole is the production hole section of Mukuyu-1 ST1. It's an extension of the sidetrack but I've never seen extensions of a well given annotations to the well name to signify same.
Muultiple rigs being used on a well can present some challenges in terms of data sets. The only critical piece of data that would change is the RT-GL height. Whenever I've been on jobs with this scenario the data sets were all depth shifted to a single RT-GL height (usually the highest figure).
