That buy to sell is looking similar to 88e pre drill infact.
I held 88e for 5 months between .007 and .008 and the buy to sell flipped to 10 to 1 in the later end. Ivz is the exact same, we have realistically sat at the same price for almost a year until recently and now with over 1 month to go until the drilling begins, things are about to go wild.
