    My guess is if retail don’t fill the rights issue we probably won’t be offered anything in the future.
    Pretty hard to complain about not getting rights issue then not take it up.
    I understand Ivz didn’t help themselves by the timing ect but I doubt they thought the dumpers would be so persistent.
    Ive applied for over double my allocation.
